✅ Required Materials & Equipment
- •Laptop: Bring your own laptop with your presentation slides ready
- •HDMI Connector: Ensure you have an HDMI cable to connect to the display or projector
- •USB Backup: Copy your slides onto a USB drive as a backup in case of technical issues
- •Prepared Slides: Have your presentation pre-loaded and tested before your session

Join Early:Arrive 10-15 minutes before your slot. Click the provided Zoom link and use your full name.
Share Screen:Click "Share Screen" and select your presentation window. Check "Hide Zoom window during screen share".
Audio & Video:Unmute microphone, keep camera on, speak clearly at steady pace.
Q&A:Stop screen share after presentation. Answer questions and engage with audience.
Poster Presentations
📋 Overview
Poster presentations occur during the Technology Exhibition (10:30 - 12:00 on August 28, 2026) in Building A2. Presenters display their research visually on poster boards and discuss findings with attendees in a dynamic, informal setting.
📐 Poster Specifications
- Size: Max 120cm (H) × 90cm (W)
- Orientation: Portrait preferred
- Font: Min 24pt for readability
- Language: English or Vietnamese
- Visuals: Use clear figures, charts, diagrams
📄 Content Structure
- Title: Clear & descriptive (max 20 words)
- Authors: Names & affiliations
- Introduction: Context & questions
- Methodology: Research approach
- Results & Conclusions: Key findings
✅ Submission & Setup
- Design: Create poster in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Illustrator
- Export: Save as high-resolution PDF (300 dpi minimum)
- Submit: Upload PDF and 100-200 word abstract to Call for Papers portal
- Print: Print before arrival or use local Hanoi printing services
- Display: Set up on provided board during exhibition time. Be available to discuss with attendees
