✅ Required Materials & Equipment
- •In the room: Each session room has a laptop, a projector and a presenter remote. You do not need to bring equipment.
- •Send your file the day before: Email your slides to icetai@neu.edu.vn, or hand them to the session secretary on a USB stick at least 10 minutes before the session starts.
- •Your own laptop: Connect it only if your talk needs it — a live demo, unusual software or fonts. Bring an HDMI adapter if you do.
- •Language: English, for both the slides and the questions.
📊 Slide template
A 17-slide PowerPoint template in the conference identity — title slide, outline, section dividers, method and results layouts, chart and table, conclusion and a thank-you slide. Six slide layouts are built in, so Home > New Slide keeps the design going. Using it is optional, but it saves you designing from scratch.
🎬 Presenting by video
A few papers are presented from a pre-recorded video, played in the room in the paper's own slot. The session listing marks which ones.
- • Record at 1920 × 1080, MP4, no longer than 20 minutes
- • Include your voice over the slides, and open by naming yourself and the paper
- • Send the file to icetai@neu.edu.vn the day before your session at the latest
- • Join the room or Zoom for the 5 minutes of questions if you can
