Accepted papers are planned to be published in the conference proceedings in either:

- •Springer LNNS (Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems)

Paper Submission Guidelines
Paper Format Requirements
- Length: Maximum 12 pages (including references)
- Template: Springer format
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.docx)
- Language: English
- ORCID: Include ORCID identifier for all authors
Paper Structure
- Title: Clear and descriptive
- Authors & Affiliations: Full names and institutions
- Abstract: 150-250 words
- Keywords: 5-7 relevant keywords
- Body: Main research content organized logically
- References: IEEE citation format
Writing Guidelines
- •Clarity: Use clear, concise language. Avoid jargon where possible.
- •Grammar: Proofread carefully. Grammatical errors may lead to rejection.
- •Originality: All content must be original. Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.
- •Citations: Cite all sources properly. Use IEEE or APA citation style consistently.
- •Figures & Tables: All figures and tables must have captions and be referenced in text.

Paper Submission Regulations
Originality & Rights
Papers must be original and not published elsewhere. By submitting, authors grant ICETAI 2026 the right to publish the paper in conference proceedings and related publications.
Single Submission Policy
Papers submitted to ICETAI 2026 cannot be simultaneously submitted to other conferences or journals. Multiple submissions will result in rejection from all venues.
Authorship & Conflicts of Interest
All authors must consent to the submission. Declare any conflicts of interest. Ghostwriting or undisclosed authorship changes are prohibited.
Plagiarism & Misconduct
Papers will be screened for plagiarism. Any plagiarized content will result in immediate rejection and may be reported to the authors' institutions.
Peer Review Process
All papers undergo rigorous peer review by at least 2-3 independent reviewers. Review time is typically 6-8 weeks. Authors will receive feedback and decision notification.
Poster Conversion Option
If a full paper is not accepted, authors may be offered the opportunity to present the work as a poster at the conference at no additional registration fee. This provides an alternative venue to share your research with the community.
Author Responsibilities
Accepted paper authors must: (1) Register for the conference, (2) Present the paper at ICETAI 2026, (3) Submit camera-ready version if requested, (4) Sign copyright agreement for publication.
Withdrawal Policy
Papers accepted for publication cannot be withdrawn. If withdrawal is necessary, authors must request approval from the Organizing Committee and may face penalties.
