Poster Presentations

Researchers and practitioners are invited to present their work in poster format during the exhibition time slot. Poster presentations provide an interactive and informal setting to discuss research findings, innovative projects, and solutions with conference attendees.

Poster Guidelines

Size: Maximum 120 cm (height) × 90 cm (width)
Orientation: Portrait preferred
Format: Include title, authors, introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions
Language: English or Vietnamese
Visuals: Use clear figures, charts, and diagrams
Font: Minimum 24pt for readability from distance

Content Structure

Title: Clear and descriptive (max 20 words)
Author(s): Names and affiliations
Introduction: Context and research questions
Methodology: Research approach and methods
Results: Key findings with visuals
Conclusions: Implications and future work

Submission Instructions

Prepare Poster: Design your poster following the guidelines above. Recommended tools: PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or LaTeX
Export as PDF: Save your poster as a high-resolution PDF (minimum 300 dpi)
Submit Online: Upload your poster PDF and a brief abstract (100-200 words) through the Call for Papers submission portal
Printing: Posters should be printed before arrival at the conference. Consider local printing services in Hanoi if needed
Setup: Display your poster on the provided board during the exhibition time slot. Presenters should be available for discussions
