The Educational Technology and AI Exhibition showcased the latest innovations, tools, and solutions in educational technology and artificial intelligence. Leading companies and organizations presented their cutting-edge products and services.

It was an excellent opportunity to learn about emerging technologies, connect with industry leaders, and discover new solutions for educational challenges.

Poster Presentations

Researchers and practitioners presented their work in poster format during the exhibition time slot. Poster presentations provided an interactive and informal setting to discuss research findings, innovative projects, and solutions with conference attendees. The guidelines below are kept as a record of the process — poster submission for ICETAI 2026 is now closed.

Poster Guidelines

  • Size: Maximum 120 cm (height) × 90 cm (width)
  • Orientation: Portrait preferred
  • Format: Include title, authors, introduction, methodology, results, and conclusions
  • Language: English or Vietnamese
  • Visuals: Use clear figures, charts, and diagrams
  • Font: Minimum 24pt for readability from distance

Content Structure

  • Title: Clear and descriptive (max 20 words)
  • Author(s): Names and affiliations
  • Introduction: Context and research questions
  • Methodology: Research approach and methods
  • Results: Key findings with visuals
  • Conclusions: Implications and future work

Submission Instructions

  1. Prepare Poster: Design your poster following the guidelines above. Recommended tools: PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or LaTeX
  2. Export as PDF: Save your poster as a print-ready, high-resolution PDF that meets the file requirements below
  3. Submit Online: Upload your poster PDF and a brief abstract (100-200 words) through the Call for Papers submission portal
  4. Printing: Posters should be printed before arrival at the conference. Consider local printing services in Hanoi if needed
  5. Setup: Display your poster on the provided board during the exhibition time slot. Presenters should be available for discussions

Print-Ready File Requirements

Follow these specifications so your poster prints sharply at full size — especially if you ask the organizing committee to print it for you (e.g. exhibitors and sponsors sending artwork).

Dimensions & resolution
  • Final size: 90 cm (width) × 120 cm (height), portrait — design at 100% (1:1) scale
  • Resolution: 300 dpi at final size (150 dpi absolute minimum for large format)
  • Pixel size (if sending an image, not a PDF): recommended 10,630 × 14,173 px (300 dpi); minimum 5,315 × 7,087 px (150 dpi)
  • Bleed & safe area: add 3–5 mm bleed on every side; keep text, logos and QR codes at least 2 cm from the edges
  • Color mode: CMYK for accurate print color (RGB files are converted and may shift slightly)
File format & delivery
  • Preferred format: print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4), single page, with all fonts embedded or converted to outlines
  • Accepted images: TIFF or PNG (lossless) preferred; high-quality JPEG (quality ≥ 90%) accepted
  • File size: keep under 25 MB when possible; for larger print-ready files, share a Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive link
  • File name: PosterTitle_PresenterOrCompany.pdf (e.g. SmartTutor_ABC-Edtech.pdf)
  • Send to: icetai@neu.edu.vn together with your abstract, or through the Call for Papers submission portal
