Registration Guide

Before you begin

• Your accepted paper code(s) (authors only).
• Make the bank transfer of your fee first — payment is by bank transfer (see Payment).
• A proof of payment — receipt, screenshot, or PDF (up to 10 MB).

Registration fees

At least one author of each accepted paper must pay. The fee covers all keynotes and sessions, conference materials and proceedings, lunch on Day 1, and the Day-2 cultural visit to Ha Long Bay.

Extra pages: USD 10 each, up to 12 per paper. Additional attendee: USD 100 each. VND amounts are converted at 1 USD = 26,525.00 VND (Vietcombank selling rate, 29 Jul 2026); pay this VND amount if transferring in VND.

How to register

   Open the registration page

   Go to icetai.neu.edu.vn/registration (or click Registration in the top menu). The fee table appears above the form.

   Enter your attendee information

   Complete the required fields marked with a red *: Full Name, Email, Organization, and Country. Phone is optional.

   Choose your registration category

   Pick the card that matches you — Regular Author (USD 450 Early Bird / USD 500 Regular), Student / Local Author (USD 250, valid ID), or Attendee / Poster Presenter (USD 100, no accepted paper — also the Special Author rate for eligible authors). Authors then select the number of papers and enter each paper code and any extra pages (USD 10/page, max 12). Use + Add attendee for accompanying people (USD 100 each).

   Attendees, poster presenters & Special Authors

   Choosing the USD 100 card lets you pick one of two options: Attendee / Poster Presenter (no accepted paper — flat USD 100; you may tick the Poster option and enter a poster title), or Special Author (you enter your number of papers and paper codes, charged USD 100 per accepted paper). Conference attendance is included either way.

   Review the amount and transfer the fee(Important!)

   Check the itemised Amount to Pay, then transfer the exact total to the account matching your currency (see Payment below). You must key in the transfer note exactly as displayed — “Paper’s Code_Author Name – ICETAI2026”. Transfers without it may not be matched to your registration.

   Upload proof & submit

   Under Payment Proof, click Choose File and attach your receipt, screenshot, or PDF. The Submit Registration button activates only after a proof is attached — then click it.

   Confirmation

   A Registration Received page shows your Registration ID. The committee will verify your transfer and confirm by email. Please keep your Registration ID.

   

Payment — Bank transfer

Transfer the exact total to the account matching your currency, using the exact transfer note.

Key reminders

• Use the exact transfer note (e.g. “42_Nguyen Van A – ICETAI2026”).
• Deadlines: Early Bird Jul 30, 2026 · Regular Aug 15, 2026.
• Payment is bank transfer only (BIDV, USD/VND). Upload your proof to complete registration.
